- Are items in your retail stores available online?
Many of the items you see in our Weston and Rockingham, VT retail stores are also available on-line. If you have visited our stores and saw an item you can't find on-line, please utilize our Live Help feature to chat with one of our representatives or call customer service at 1-800-547-7849.
- Can I order without a credit card?
For orders placed online, we accept payment using American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa or PayPal. - How do I know if an item is available to order?
All available sizes, colors, and flavors are listed in the drop-down boxes on the item page. If a particular selection is not available, it will not be listed as an option. If it is available, you may add it to your shopping bag. If the item is currently on backorder, you may select it, and an approximate date of availability will be noted directly below the price on the item screen. This will also be noted in your shopping bag. Occasionally, you may see an item in a catalog that is not listed on our site. If this is the case, the item is most likely not available. - What credit cards do you accept for payment?
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa.
- Does Vermont Country Store take international orders online?
At this time, we are unable to accept international orders through our website and we apologize for the inconvenience. However, we do have an option for you. If you're calling from U.S. territories or Canada, you may call us at 1-800-564-4623 and place your order with one of our Customer Service representatives. - Can you ship my order outside the USA?
Absolutely! To ensure accurate delivery outside the USA or to an FPO/APO address, please use the following procedures: Shop our site and place items into your shopping bag. When you have completed your shopping, print a copy of your shopping bag. Then call us at 1-800-547-7849 or fax the copy to us at 1-800-287-3184. We’ll be happy to help you.
- How do I check the status of my order?

- Do I have to register to use this site?
We don't require you to register to shop at www.vermontcountrystore.com, but we encourage it! When you register, you will have access to many features of this site designed to make your shopping experience easier and quicker. In addition, as a registered shopper at the Vermont Country Store, you have the option of receiving notices of special offers and new products as soon as they are available. Registration is easy, and it only takes a few minutes.
- Do I need a User ID and Password for this site?
You do not need a username to register on our site; you only need an email address and a password. If you have previously registered for an online account with us and have forgotten your password, you can retrieve your password by going to ‘Welcome, My Account’ on the top right of the screen. Select Sign In and then select ‘Forgot Your Password’. You will be brought to the Reset Password page where you will enter the email address that you used to register with us. You will then receive an email with a temporary password with instructions for re-setting your password. If you do not have an account, you’ll see a notification on your screen that reads ‘We’re sorry but there is no account associated with that email address’. At that point, you may either register for a new online account or check out as a guest.

- How do I know that your site is secure?
Our site uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for transferring confidential data across the Internet. For secure pages, the URL will begin with the https:// prefix. In addition, your browser may also display a small lock icon on your information bar.
- Is the personal information I give you protected?
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. To protect your credit card numbers, we require you to enter your credit card information each time you place an order with us. All transaction information that you supply to us from your browser is exchanged with our server using a secure hypertext protocol. This protects information from compromise as it travels between your computer and our Web server. Contact information (such as your name, address and telephone) that you supply us is stored in a secured database on our server or on our order processing system.
If you are a registered user, you can securely store one credit or debit card payment to your account. You can add the payment method to your account by placing an order using that payment method and clicking the “Securely Save Payment Information for Future Use” box, located under the expiration date box. Unfortunately, only one payment method can be stored at a time so there will not be an option to store more payment methods unless you decide to remove the other from your account.
