This beloved maple sugar candy is made just like the sweet maple syrup candies we offer in our Maple Leaf Candy Box. Expert candy makers heat real Vermont maple syrup to the crystalline stage, then whip it until it's light and fluffy. Then they pour the maple syrup confection into maple-leaf-shaped molds and allow it to cool. As it cools, the maple sugar candy develops the soft crystalline texture and intense maple flavor you know and love.
