These petite almond cakes—called "Mandelkubb"—are baked in Vasterbotten, Sweden. They're an authentic Swedish coffee break, and teatime treat made with a traditional recipe. Each golden cake has a tender crumb and is flavored with pure almond extract. What makes these little cakes extra special are the pearl sugar nibs sprinkled over the top!
