Although we feel our friends in Canada can't compete with Vermont when it comes to real maple syrup, we'll admit they make a darn good maple cream sandwich cookie. These irresistible cookies are shaped like the leaves of Vermont's state tree and layered with a smooth cream filling made with real maple syrup.
