Roasted Garlic Dijon Mustard

Mustard is our secret ingredient in the kitchen...and Dijon-style mustard is one of our favorites. It gets its robust favor from dark mustard seeds, white wine, and spices. And in this case, a touch of roasted garlic too. The sweet caramelized flavor of roasted garlic rounds out the robust flavor of the mustard and makes this delicious condiment a must-have pairing with grilled sausages, ham sandwiches, roasted pork loin, and deviled eggs, too!
