These heavy-duty pans have an enameled porcelain finish that makes them impervious to the high-heat cooking of your stove's broiler. The hard, shiny finish also releases baked-on foods easily to help make cleanup a breeze. Each broiler pan has two parts: a vented top pan that encourages airflow for even cooking and a bottom pan to catch drippings. The broiler pans are available in two sizes: small (13"Lx8-1/2"W) and large (16-1/2"Lx13"W).
