Just soak Brown Sugar Bear™ in water for 20 minutes and set him right in your bag of brown sugar to keep it from caking. The bear is made of special clay and dried in an electric kiln; it will not interact with your food. It will also keep dried fruits fresh and cakes, cookies, licorice, and popcorn kernels moist. Re-soak every three months or so.
