Tie-Up Valances

Decorative is the word for our tie-up valances. How so? Because a tailored valance is gathered softly from the bottom by using ribbons or straps. When you think about it, that very closely describes the function of tiebacks for a longer (and vertical) curtain panel.
The effect is strikingly similar. It gives the valance added shape, color, and conversation value.
