How to Measure: Pinch Pleat-Curtains
How to Measure: Pinch Pleat-Curtains
MEASURE LENGTH
Measure from the top of the curtain rod down to where you want the curtain to fall.
MEASURE WIDTH
Measure straight across the window. If there are any casings, include the casings in the measurement. Add 12 inches to that measurement. This will allow for the curtains to open beyond the window so that the entire window shows and allows for an overlap at the center when curtain is closed.
Keep in mind the fullness is already fabricated into the curtain with pinch pleating.
STYLING TIP
We recommend Traverse Rods, which allow easy open and close sliding, via a track system. You can use pinch pleat rings and drapery hooks on a decorative rod.
