Like our other therapeutic wraps, this one is also made of soft flannel (in our exclusive Black Watch print) and is filled with wheat kernels, flaxseed, and an aromatic blend of herbs, including lavender, chamomile, rosemary, spearmint, lemongrass, yarrow, cinnamon, white willow, valerian root, yellow dock, hops, and peppermint. Heat it in the microwave or chill it in the refrigerator or freezer to temporarily improve circulation, reduce stress, and calm minor inflammation.
