Our grandmother had a hobnail bedspread almost exactly like this one. When my brothers and I played at her house and our crazy antics threatened to spill into her bedroom, she would shoo us outdoors before we could do any damage. She didn't know how tough these cotton bedspreads are! Each one is expertly woven by the Maine Heritage Weavers and features a graceful flower and swag pattern that's created by pulling loops of yarn through the cotton back. The bedspread is generously sized to accommodate a traditional pillow tuck—and it also looks great without the pillow tuck for a contemporary look.
