How to Measure: Roman Shades

MEASURE WIDTH

Measure the width of your window area to be covered. The widths of the Roman shades listed are from edge to edge of the headrail and fabric.

FOR INSIDE MOUNT

Measure your window opening and choose a shade that is slightly narrower. A small amount of light may show on either side.

FOR OUTSIDE MOUNT

Choose a shade that is approximately 3 to 4 inches wider than your window opening. An outside mount is always recommended for best coverage and light control.
