Your Customer Service gets my endorsement!
I loved this dress, and wanted one in each color. It was beautiful, and well made. Unfortunately though, when it arrived, it was too tight across the bodice. I called VCS and the representative asked me to measure it. Due to a fluke, it was not cut properly for my size. She helped me through the return process,(at no charge,) and called me back to ask if she could help with anything else. Even though the dress didn't work out, (Darn!) the customer service did.
I've always loved your products, and your service, and now I do even more!
