The easy-dressing snap front is just one of the reasons why this short-sleeve robe is a perennial favorite. Reason #2: 100% cotton seersucker. This classic warm weather fabric lets air circulate so you stay cool on those sultry nights. Reasons #3, #4, and #5, include horizontal pleats for added style and roominess, pretty piping trim along the neckline, yoke, and 2 patch pockets.
A cool companion to our seersucker nightgown (#71013)

Excellent QualityThis is a lovely seersucker robe - I really like seersucker fabric and I was not disappointed with this garment. The only thing I did not like is that it is VERY long. I had to take it to be altered with 11" coming off the bottom. That's my fault for not checking the length in the description. It would be great if TVCS offered the same robe in a shorter length. The cost is high and with the alterations it sent the cost WAY over what I wanted to spend, however I think they will hold up for several years as they are quality made; I purchased both colors.

A little too longI wanted a new lightweight robe, and this fits the bill, but it's a whole lot longer than I anticipated. I am short, so the robe runs past my ankles. It is stiff, as one person mentioned, but I intend to wash it and see if the fabric softens a bit. Also, maybe it will shrink a tad and not be so long. I checked that I would recommend the product, but I wish there had been another choice, like "maybe" and "depending on what you want."

First, the meaning of the word Seersuckerseer·suck·er
a printed cotton or synthetic fabric that has a surface consisting of puckered and flat sections, typically in a striped pattern.
This robe is true to it's description. The material is "puckered" just as Seersucker should be, it is exactly the nature of the material. It's not meant to be "smooth" and wrinkle free. The robe is of great quality and made of sturdy material, not the light poke your finger through like some cotton nightwear can be. After a washing or two it will be as comfy as can be. I may have to splurge and buy the blue one as well. I looked all over to replace my "nearly" identical robe that has been worn thin. I am thrilled to have found this robe! Love it!

Stiff, ugly, wrinklyThis seersucker gown is fairly ugly. For some reason, the seersucker is super stiff and wrinkles terribly, and I can't get the wrinkles to steam out. My husband commented on how awful it was when I tried it on. It's definitely not an Eileen West, I can tell you that much, lol.
