Icky fabric The STYLE of this gown is great...actually flattering... but the fabric isn't really's not breathable and is very cheap-looking. I would pay more if the fabric was truly polar fleece. This one is going back. December 9, 2014
Soft, cozy, warm but runs small I normally wear a true size 2x, however, after reading the previous reviews, ordered a size 3x and it fits perfectly! Soft, cozy, warm and a pretty color (green), this is a nice gown/lounger, perfect for colder winter climates! November 2, 2014
warmth comfort and elegant style This is a luxurious delight to wear. I feel I could almost wear outside. I'm a fan. In fact I have ordered a 2nd one February 28, 2014
very skimpy in the cut I have a similar item purchased from you in red and it is cut much fuller. Disappointed. January 21, 2014
Unexpectedly too tight with lots of static My very slender (size 4-6) daughter asked for this for Christmas in a medium so it would be roomy for lounging. When she tried it on, it was very tight and full of static. Even the arms were tight. The fabric was of very poor quality - not like fleece at all. December 26, 2013
Great lounger I returned a nightgown and purchased this gown. It's a little form fitting, not real loose, but stretchy (can still tuck my knees up under it.). Very warm, and comfortable but too hot to sleep in. Great for lounging around the house on a cold day. January 21, 2013
Just what I was looking for I had combed the stores to find a winter weight long lounging gown that didn't look too much like a standard nightgown, all to no avail. I don't understand why this should be so hard to find, but nevertheless I was determined that someplace, somewhere must carry this type of garment. Finally, on the Internet after a keyword search I was led to the Vermont Country Store. The item was just what I wanted, in a color I love, and the small fit me to a "T." I couldn't be happier This is the perfect thing to put on when you want to change out of regular clothing and snuggle up on a cold day with a cup of tea! January 10, 2013
At home in comfort I'm happiest when I'm in loose comfy clothes. This nightgown is presentable enough for me to be able to stay in it all day and not be embarrassed if someone stops in. I do admit my standards are not high. It is very comfy, warm and not over sized. It is fleece--not fancy. I'm hoping it will go on sale so I can rationalize buying another one. January 6, 2013
