Women's Mohair-Blend Ear Warmer Bonnet
Just in time for the arctic blast...
I bought this because it reminded me of hats I used to crochet for myself as a child...so warm and so easy to carry in my purse when not using... It did not disappoint me... It has kept me very warm in the below freezing temperatures we are experiencing this week.

I want one in every color!
I have been looking at these "ear-warmer bonnets" in the catalogs for a couple of years now, but I was hesitant about buying because I grew up in a time when women had stopped wearing hats and scarves and I wasn't sure that I would actually wear it. This year I took the plunge because I have started feeling the cold more acutely, and I am so glad I did! The bonnet is very light-weight, yet very warm. It's all I need it to be, and more!

Mohair Blend Ear Warmer Bonnet
Wonderful product that does everything it says it does: Keeps you really warm and doesn't mess up your hair when you do take it off. I liked the first 2 bonnets that I ordered so much that I went back and ordered all the rest of the colors, so that I can match them to my coats.

Wonderfully warm and soft Ear Warmer Bonnet
Based upon reviews of the Women's Mohair-Blend Scarf and Ear Warmer Bonnet I purchased a set of each in both black and red. I'm so VERY happy I did. I am now REALLY ready for our cold weather and snow here in Virginia.

Old style never gets old!
Bought this headpiece to use for historical reenactment! Very appropriate! Lots of folks asking where I got it, made sure they knew, Vermont Country Store!!!!!

Love it; have one quibble
This cozy ear-warmer bonnet was just what I needed, and I love it. My one quibble is that the fiber content/washing instruction tag is so firmly affixed that I had a terrible time trying to get it off without cutting into the actual fabric. I don't think there's any need to keep that tag on the bonnet forever, but I may have to do that!

I wore a hat like this when I was little
I have 5 sisters and grew up outside of Buffalo, NY. When I was little, we all wore hats like this one but my mother called them 'half hats'. When I saw this hat in the catalogue, I had to buy it and tell my sisters about my childhood memories! I live in Virginia now and have not had a chance to wear my new hat, but I put it on inside and I know it will be nice to wear on a cold snowy day. These hats are nice for under hoods since they give that added warmth and I don't remember having hat hair from them.

As a child from the late 40's, I wore a winter bonnet just like this one. Thank You Vermont Country for giving me a walk down memory lane, and keeping my hair neat and my head warm. I do not find this mohair blend to be scratchy at all. Will be ordering more for gifts.
