Toys from the past. This product was around years ago and enjoyed by my children. Now they have children and I bought this from you knowing it would be great quality and just like the ones years ago. Thank You for being my favorite catalog company. January 28, 2015
It looks but same but is very different than the original I bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter for Christmas because she loves listening and dancing to music. Her mother had one of these as a child so I figured she'd get a kick out of it as well and sure enough she did. It does have drawbacks. It requires batteries, but still needs to be wound up. I would have preferred the original version since the old fashioned one played like a record player. (The record would spin) This newer version doesn't spin. And the wind up feature is useless since it just confuses kids. If I had it to do over again, I probably wouldn't buy it since it's just like every other battery operated toy. (And I avoid them like the plague) December 25, 2014
I found it! My son had this same player Minus the batteries when he was a little boy. He is 42 now and has his own family so I bought this for my grand children. I still have the original but it needs repairs. Thank you for a great store/cataloge and you guys are the best! Ken Funk December 1, 2014
great preschool toy Our children, now adults, had this toy as children and loved it. I bought it for our 2 1/2 year old grandson, who loves to listen and see Grandma's real records. He figured out how to work it, with some help, very quickly, and carries it around where ever he goes! He plays the songs , and is beginning to sing and dance to them...something he does not do to his parents CDs. I was very glad to be able to purchase this nearly indestructible record player January 21, 2014
Old favorite My sons had one when they were little. Now I am buying another for grandchildren. December 9, 2013
Old Favorite Birthday present for first grandchild; she loved it! September 24, 2013
Memories of childhood. I gave this record player to my grown son for Christmas. He had one like this when he was a child and now has his own one year old son. He was very surprised and pleased. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because later he told me it was not exactly the same. This one uses batteries and the music does not actually come from the record, like the old wind up model did. But his son won't know the difference and I think everyone was pleased with the present. Some things never get old! My grandchild loves music. Most of the musical toys available are either too sophisticated or not strong enough to hold up to a 2 yrd old. I found the FP Record Player through your catalog and am happy to say that she is merrily playing her own records and singing along - just like her mother did many years ago. December 27, 2012

What Our Customers Are Saying about Our Fisher-Price Record Player …

"I bought this record player for my oldest son when he turned a year old. I bought one for his daughter this Christmas and am not buying one for my grandson, my youngest son's son. This record player will last forever. I wish now that I had saved my older son's record player to pass it on. Hopefully, this time around, it will get passed on." - Madeline , Virginia Beach, VA
