a little too small I wear a 9 1/2, I should have bought the next size up. April 6, 2013
They were too tight I wear a size 9 sneaker and shoe yet these slippers were too tight and I sent them back. Got size 9 from woolrich and they fit perfect. February 1, 2013
Not true to size I bought these for one of my daughters-in-law, XL, which is her size. They are way too small for her, but they fit my other daughter-in-law, who has tiny feet (size 6 or 7). Were they mislabled? Avis, CT December 25, 2012
Expect Better from Vermont Country Store I purchased these for my husband to give to me for Christmas. They are cute and warm, but after wearing them for an hour have developed holes were the sole and slipper should be sewn together. For $40, I expect better quality and workmanship. These are being returned, but buyer should beware. December 25, 2012
Comfy with a little dainty Purchased these slippers for myself, and love them! Very comfortable and warm without the 'bulkiness' of some slippers. December 24, 2012
Love it! I bought one pair and liked the slippers so much that I bought another pair for my cabin. They are comfy and warm and look good too. And having real soles is convenient. December 24, 2012
Disappointing Vermont Country Store Item These are very poorly made - way way overpriced. The sole is not in any way skid-resistant and the slipper in no way hugs my feet or even stays up in the back of my heel - they feel exactly like a discount store slipper. Very first Vermont Country store item I've purchased which is shoddy and cheaply made. December 19, 2012
Out of stock until Valentines Day! We ordered these for my mother in Alabama and received a prompt confirmation that the order was completed. Days later when the order shipped, the slippers were not included - and no explanation was offered. A call to customer service indicated the shoes were out of stock for the next two months! Despite having our email address and contact information, there was no outreach to us. Had there been, we could have made another selection or shopped elsewhere. I asked for the name of the manufacture so that I could have a shot at finding these elsewhere online and maybe get them there by Christmas - but was told they could not tell me that information. I mentioned that if I had a pair in my hands I could simply read the label - but got nowhere with that logic. Having recommended VCS to friends and family (and ordering several times myself) - I am afraid this may be my last order given the bad leaves of customer service. December 19, 2012
