It's pretty, but scratchy and not well made. Had trouble ordering this robe, and when my order came it was a flannel nightgown instead. Called customer service and was helped by a wonderful lady, got the right robe in a few days. Upon inspection, I found the gold threads are harsh and scratchy, especially in the neck facing, and there are severe puckers down one side of the front seam. It was not sewn properly and obviously not inspected for quality, and is not as vibrant in color as it appeared on the website or in the catalog. This is a Christmas gift for my mother; if she likes it, I may fix it myself. If she doesn't, it is being sent back. December 8, 2012
