MY NEW GRANNY NIGHTGOWN I purchased a new Granny nightgown because I love the one that was given to me as a gift years ago from Vermont Country Store. My new one is white with little lilac buds print. It fits around my neck, to keep me warm on cold nights. It is very lightweight, but is VERY warm! I love this nightgown. This is the only place that I can find a flannel nightgown in tall. I buy it in tall so that when I wash it it is the perfect length. just bought my 2nd one This is the ONLY place I've found to buy long nightgowns. Mid-shin is not long! I'm a little over 5'8", and that's all I can find in stores or elsewhere online. I just bought my 2nd long one from Vermont, in a different color than the first, and I love it. Vermont: Please consider doing the same thing with other garments, like zip-up bathrobes! Mid-shin-length bathrobes don't look too great over a long nightgown! :o) January 17, 2013
Finally, A LONG Flannel nightgown of Quality My daughter is 5'11". She wanted a long flannel nightgown like she had as a little girl. I made them back then. I'm always on the lookout for flannel nightgowns for her and always check the length. I finally found one and got it in the red stewart plaid for Christmas. She called me and said," Mom, this nightgown touches my feet. I love it! Where did you get it." She was so excited. I'm thinking of getting her husband matching pajamas. I'm a matching nut. Great Flannel Nightgown Was thrilled to get this for Christmas. My husband gave it to me and I could hardly believe that it was a tall. I am 6 feet tall .
