Mixed Review I checked "yes" on the recommendation because there was no "it depends on the arms of the friend" that I could check. I had this beautiful nightgown in it's original incarnation; I completely wore it out. The original was shorter and looser through the arms than the current version. I like the longer length but although the arms aren't exactly tight (about like a dress shirt) they'd be more comfortable if they were, well, loose. I have average arms, so if you're a little unhappy with the size of your arms, better steer clear of this one. Otherwise, buy and enjoy. January 24, 2013
Beautifully designed I purchased two of these about 1-1/2 years ago and they've held up beautifully. I love the design - elegant and modest while remaining very comfortable. I wish the price was a bit lower but, I will likely be buying these again in the near future. My only complaint is that the material could be a LITTLe bit thicker to add to the durability. Longtime buyer; never again After buying this original nightgown for approximately 15 years, this cheapo copy isn't worthy of VCS. It is skimpily cut (even one size larger doesn't fit) and the material couldn't withstand commercial washing standards encountered traveling. If the same decline occurs in men's sleepwear, farewell VCS. December 8, 2012
Something drastically changed I have bought approximately 3 of the Adrianna cotton nightgowns in the past and have been very happy. So I bought two more...unfortunately something drastically changed and they were not the same - while the quality of the item is the same - the sleeves are much narrower and the fit is all off. They look much the same as the previously purchased items but, alas, they are not. So now I have two nightgowns that I can wear and I'm very disappointed. Not to mention I am without the nightgowns that I liked so much! November 14, 2012
