Sweet memories My grandmother always had Ice Cubes in her candy dish when I was growing up. I would love rushing to the candy dish and letting that delectable chocolate melt in my mouth. Sweet memories came flooding back when your package arrived. Thank you...for a brief moment, everyday, I'm 10 years old again. (I'm savoring them...one a day! And I only share with very special friends!) February 7, 2013
Melt in your mouth good Santa Claus always put Ice Cubes in the candy jar for us on Christmas morning. This year he brought them again for my Granddaughter. Never let an opportunity go by to share yummy traditions. Ice Cubes are simply a melt in your mouth chocolate and hazelnut deliciousness, who wouldn't love that! January 20, 2013
these are very baaaad ;-) The Ice Cube chocolate is the best chocolate in the world. This is bad. I am supposed to be losing weight for a summer wedding. You would think having the pieces being individually wrapped would slow me down but I could work on the production line. I remember these chocolates when I was growing up. Few things retain their "greatness" in the glare of adulthood - these are as good as I remember and just as addictive.Maybe you wouldnt want to buy any of these for fear of addiction, just know...until you have had Ice Cubes, you have never had chocolate. Blast From the Past When I was a kid, the Ice Cube chocolates were sold by the piece from a big jar on the counter of most mom and pop stores, gas stations, and diners. Vermont Country Store is the only place I've found that still carries them. They really do seem to feel cool (like an ice cube) as they melt in your mouth. It is the best chocolate ever, in my humble opinion. I highly recommend this item but, beware, once you try it.....you'll be hooked, just like I am! January 2, 2013
Its Wonderful When my son was small, back in Maine, we bought this candy all the time. We both LOVED them. Since moving to Florida 21 years ago, we have not been able to find them. We thought they no longer were made. My son speaks about them a great deal and how he loved them. When I saw them in your catalog I knew instantly I had to get them for him for Chrismas. He is going to be ecstatic. thank you so very much! December 12, 2012
FINALLY FOUND THEM AGAIN!!!!! I was introduced to Ice Cubes by a co-worker in the late 90s. I spent the better part of the next 20 years looking for them again. When my mother told me she was sending me a surprise from this catalog, I could have flown to Florida without the plane to thank her!! I now order them whenever I get a chance and share them with everyone I know (once even a random waitress - who then came out to ask for one for her manager!). Sheer heaven in a shiny paper wrapper! Melts in your mouth like no other! November 7, 2012
A taste of childhood When I was a child, my mother introduced me to Ice Cubes. It was clear that they were something special because she generally avoided sweets and especially candies. The candy store on the corner sold them individually and I really loved them. Every once in a while in recent years, I have come upon them and still find them special - smooth chocolate with a coolness to them. Still a favorite! November 6, 2012

What Our Customers Are Saying about Our Ice Cube Chocolates (9 oz. Bag) …

"In the 60's, every Sunday after church, we'd walk to the corner market where my Grandma would buy me one Ice Cube as a treat. They were always in a bowl by the cash register. They do melt in your mouth, and the wrapping is the same as I remember it! It was one of my favorite treats as a child." - Ellie, Valley Center, CA

"I HAVE ENJOYED THESE FINE CHOCOLATES EVER SINCE I WAS A LITTLE GIRL. MY MOTHER ALWAYS WOULD STOP AT THE DIME STORE AND LET ME PICK OUT SOME CANDY. EVERY YEAR I LOOK FOR THEM TO BUY. THEY ARE TRULY MY FAVORITE CHOCOLATE CANDIES. IF YOU HAVE NEVER TRIED THEM, PLEASE DO SO. I HIDE THEM JUST FOR A SPECIAL TREAT FOR MYSELF." - catherine thoms, CONYERS, GA

"I remember Ice Cube chocolates from when I was a child. Like the name, they really do melt in your mouth! They are so smooth and creamy. They were a special treat from Mom!" - Cheryl Jarrett, Fort Worth, TX

"I loved these. I remember walking to school and stopping by the little store and buying these to eat on the way. They were so creamy and light. Melted in your mouth and the taste was so good." - Christine Webb, Taunton, MA

"Had these when I was much younger -- they really taste "cold," not as cold as a real ice cube, but close!" - Jan Rodak, Daytona, FL

"Me and my sisters, Carol and Connie, would walk to Coffman's Drug Store several times a week, and they had a wonderful selection of candy against one wall. We spent many a summer day deciding how to spend our quarter or even a dollar as we got older. One of the few candies that was not displayed on the one wall were the Ice Cubes. These were right next to the cash register. You would go up to pay for your carefully selected candy, only to have the Ice Cubes staring at you, then you would have to decide what candies would have to be given up so you could buy one of these luscious chocolates. To this day I believe the very best chocolate is the Ice Cube -- no high-dollar box of candy will ever come close." - Cathy Bryant, Columbus, IN

"Ice Cubes are such a wonderful chocolate. As long as I can remember, I have loved the smooth chocolate taste and the way they melt in your mouth. Rhonda Eskam" - Rhonda Eskam, Gering, NE

"My sister just gave me some ice cubes for my birthday. She knows I love them and have really been trying to find them. When I was younger I used to be able to buy them for $.02 apiece. All I can say is... THEY'RE WONDERFUL... AND PLEASE KEEP THEM AT YOUR STORE. Thank you." - TRUDY DYETTE, SYRACUSE, NY

"We would put our money together and go to the Rock Shop and buy a bag of candy. Ice Cubes were the first candy we would pick. Melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Brings back memories." - Diana Castillo, Lyman, NE
