Yummy Doughnuts I saw the Vermont Cider Doughnuts & decided to try them, they were very yummy!!! I will definitely buy them again. March 18, 2013
Ah, comfort foods and happy memories! These were very delicious, and were as fresh could be too! My husband and I each ate two on the day of arrival (we heated them slightly and dunked them in hot chocolate...YUMMY) and we were awfully full but very happy! We then froze the remaining ones for a treat another time and have eaten some of those as well. They were delicious even after being frozen and defrosted! Thanks for making these available for the sake of nostalgia! January 23, 2013
Enjoyed them very much! The donuts were great! Was surprised about the low fat/sugar content as I would have expected more. Will purchase more soon............. January 2, 2013
Great taste and memories Vermont Cider Doughnuts bring back memories of home-made doughnuts and coffee at my paternal grandparents' house in Maine in the '70s. Great flavor, texture, dunkability, and time travel back to the good old days. Thank you for this gift. December 3, 2012
Old Fashioned Taste Delight I have had a yearning for plain but tasty donuts for a very long time and decided to try your cider donuts. I was very pleased and would order again except that I am just one person and a dozen donuts at one time is just too many for me. I gave many of them to others who also enjoyed them. My suggestion is for Vermont Country Store to package this item in two sizes, six and twelve. I won't be ordering again as it is wasteful for me to do so. December 3, 2012
Completely satisfied daughter's craving! My daughter is a freshman at a southern university, 350 miles away. She loves everything, including the food, but was desperately missing "real" donuts. She wanted real frycakes, a little crispy on the outside, covered in cinnamon sugar. I was thrilled to find these in the catalog, and she was so excited to receive them. They were fresh and delicious, and she had a great time introducing her friends to real New England donuts. November 26, 2012
Cider Donuts Simply not worth the money. Can get far better donuts at Dunkin' Donuts! November 21, 2012
Disappointed this year A couple years ago I bought a dozen of these doughnuts and was thrilled with the product, which had a return label that said "Eddie's Bakery." I failed to order last year, but returned this year for another yummy dozen. They were NOT the same. These doughnuts did have a similar "cakey" texture which I like, but the flavor was different and they left a strange after-taste. So disappointed, but must say that Vermont Country was terrific when I called, not so much to complain, but to alert. DEFINITELY NOT Eddie's Doughnuts!!! Won't order these again. November 8, 2012
