Men's Military-Issue Thermal Top
Thermals perfect for outdoor work
My son Tim is earning money while at college parking cars at an outdoor sports arena. Working outdoors in Connecticut winters can get a bit frosty. These military thermals really help keep him warm and I feel better knowing he's protected from the elements.

Comfortable & Warm
It's been a lot colder than usual here (and it's not even winter yet). This 100% cotton Men's Military-Issue Thermal Top is very comfortable and warm (warmer than the thinner thermal underwear sold in department stores around here). I'm a lady, and the size Medium fits very well. I wear it under a sweater, and I'm toasty warm.

It is not as warm as I thought it would be
I bought the top and bottom of the Military - Issue Thermal for men based on the information provided by VCS in its catalog. It was rated for Extreme Cold. I tried for two nights in October. The internal temperature in my bedroom couldn't be lower than 60; however, I was not comfortable, it was cold for me, both nights. I can imagine how hard would it be in winter when the temperatures are much lower.

Men's Thermal Tops & Bottoms
My son works in a steel mill in an area where he is required to wear 100% cotton long underwear no matter what season we're in. This is the only place we can find 100% cotton. Polyester just won't do when you're working in areas of fire and high heat. So glad we found Vermont Country Store.

Short sleve long underwear
My husband likes to wear short sleve long underwear in the winter with a dress shirt=not to be found. I decided to get him the long sleve varity & our cleaners shortened the sleves-magic & he is in love with them. The shirts are good quality, cotton, & he is happy. Thanks for a quality product. Now try to find the short sleve also.
