It really helps! I've purchased this product for a couple of years from Vermont Country Store, and am so glad I have. The stuff does just what they advertise! As usual, these people sell items I've never heard of before, and except for a few exceptions, I get the results with their products that they say I will. I highly recommend this cream. One caution: you have to use it according to directions and KEEP ON using it. But hey -- that's not an inconveniece to me since it works, and nothing else has! May 15, 2013

After 2 Months - Does Not Work :( I have been using Dermal K for 2 months, and there is no improvement whatsoever in the appearance of spider veins on my legs. Frankly, it does not work. Dermal K is the second spider vein/varicose vein cream I have tried and applied as directed since December 2012 without the promised results. After repeat disappointment, I am now fully convinced that there is no cream, no remedy, on the market that can help the appearance of spider & varicose veins and will not waste my money and time again. Worth the price I had a huge, very ugly spider vein patch on the inside of one ankle. A couple of plastic surgeons said they could improve the problem but there was no guarantee that it wouldn't come back, so I thought I would try this cream instead. I was skeptical that a topical product could really help this horribly ugly spot, but decided once I bought it that I at least needed to use up the jar before passing judgement. I'm so glad I did! It works slowly but I started noticing a big improvement after the first month. Now after about two months there is a huge improvement. Unlike another reviewer I didn't get massages so I owe all of the improvement to this product. I can't say that it will make the spider vein patch go away completely, but it is so greatly diminished that I am no longer embarrassed to wear caprices or dresses...so it has already been worth the effort and has paid for itself in plastic surgery fees saved. Works abeit slowly Thought I would try this product since the only other way are many injections of lidocane in each spider vessel. Been there and done that or surgery. This cream may help. I have used 1 jar already over a period of 5 months. Used as directed twice a day. That makes a little over 300 applications. Now what caused the vessels to almost disapear? Maybe it was the cream or was it the massages twice a day. I really don't know. January 10, 2013
