This Luscious Lemon Bundt Cake is loaded with lemon flavor. Our expert baker makes a lemon cream cake with lots of lemon zest, and then soaks it in lemon vodka. Because of the vodka (a natural preservative) our lemon bundt cake tastes moist and fresh whether you serve it the day it arrives or months from now. Keep a few lemon cakes on hand for unexpected company. To serve, just open the package and sprinkle the included coconut garnish on top. 1½ lb. cake.
