Large and juicy Comice and Red Rogue™ pears are an elegant dessert fruit, delicious in salads, and a sweet complement to cheese. These hard-to-find varieties were brought from France to the Rogue Valley in Oregon, where conditions for growing both Comice and Red Rogue pears are considered some of the best in the world. As pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate, Comice pears are green with a red blush while Red Rogue are a naturally rich shade of red. 5 lb. box contains approximately 6-9 pears (one-third red, two-thirds green).
