I positively LOVE these flannel sheets.
In the past I never liked flannel sheets. To me they were either somewhat rough or not comfortable to have around you. I read the reviews regarding the flannel sheets that are in your catalog from Portugal and after much thought (pro and con) decided to give them a try. Am I glad I did. EXCELLENT decision on my part.

Pros and one Con
These are beautiful sheets, warm and soft, with two of my favorite birds as a pattern. My only complaint is that the bottom sheet is too short at the top and on the sides. My mattress is not deep in depth and the sheets barely tuck under. This might have happened when they were washed, but it is something to consider if you have a deep mattress.

Comfy & Warm
The flannel sheet set we purchased, in the cheerful pattern of cardinals and chickadees, welcomes us every night to a comfy and warm bed. They are the perfect weight too. In no time, we are off to a wonderful night of sleep. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend these flannels to everyone who wants a good rest.

Love the pattern!!!!!
I was so excited about the sheet set. I love chickadees and cardinals and the blue background makes it pop! The sheets fit wonderfully. I couldn't ask for a better fit. The reason for not an excellent ratting is the flannel itself gets pills. I have had better flannel but I still love them.

WARM< WARM< WARM
These flannel sheets are warm as anything. Makes you want to NOT get up. Only problem is that once you get in you are set where you are.

Something to keep my Mom warm
My Dad passed away suddenly in August. It has been quite an adjustment after 58 years of marriage. My mother loves cardinals and when I saw the sheets, I felt impressed to purchase them for her. She loves them and stated they keep her very warm. I'm glad that through your company I was able to provide her one form of comfort during this difficult first year of loss.

GORGEOUS SHEETS!!!
Okay, I admit it. I am a sheet snob. I am a sheet nut and am extremely picky when it comes to buying sheets. I hate when sheets pill and lose their color. I don't mind paying extra money for sheets if they are quality sheets -- meaning they don't pill, are well-made, and the design is appealing (even if I am on a limited income). That said...
When I saw these, I instantly fell in love with the design, not to mention the colors. My room has no blue in it (it is lodge/cabin style with plaids and dark evergreen), therefore, I vacillated between these and the dark green flannel sheets but a friend convinced me to go with these since I liked them so much more. I think part of her motive had to do with the fact that she also loved these and wanted to see them for herself :o) . Well, when they arrived, I was not disappointed at all and was even more thrilled to see the colors and design surpass what I expected from the picture. They are soft and very warm. In summary, I love, love, love them!
Would love to see VCC carry this in a duvet. Please consider doing so. I also look forward to buying the dark green sheets at some point as well. I would love to see VCC also carry the beautiful red plaid sheets in a percale cotton for summer use.
