Rated 5 out of 5Â by Mamacita Luisa I confess!
It was me, I did it, I broke my beloved eldest sister's bottle of Evening in Paris perfume. This was in about 1950 -- and I am almost 78 now but have to confess that I was the little brat who broke it. It was so pretty, and I just wanted to smell it, and it slipped, and . . .
Well just now I ordered a bottle of Evening in Paris to be sent to her, asking for forgiveness! "I hope you like it, Marty! I love you!"

Rated 5 out of 5Â by SharonaT. Brings back Memories
When I was a little girl of about 10/11 years old I couldn't wait for Christmas to come. I had saved my nickles and dimes so that I had enough money to buy my Mom and Dad, Grandma and Grandpa, Aunts and Uncles and my brother a present. I didn't have a lot of money, so would go to Woolworths five and ten store. I bought each of the ladies a bottle of Evening in Paris Parfum for the unbelievable price of $1.00 a bottle. Sometimes I would buy Here's My Heart instead for the same price. All the men got a package of Hankies. For my brother he usually got some sort of toy. I remember being so excited to wrap them and give them on Christmas Day.

Evening in Paris was my Mam's favorite fragrance when I was a little girl. My Mam passed away 40 years ago. The scent of my sweet mother came over me when I spritzed this cologne. Sweetest scent. Brought me to tears. I was able to share this most tangible of memories with my granddaughters.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Lyn in upstate New York Lovely fragrance relaxes me and brings back memories
I have liked Evening in Paris for a long time. This is my second purchase from Vermont Country Store. To me, the fragrance is rather subtle and calming, a little on the flowery side. It matches who I am. It also brings back memories of when I was very little since my mom had this on her dressing table.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by suzenl Mamaw and er evening in Paris
When I was 4, we moved into my grandmothers house for a year. I slept with Mamaw in a coal mining town in the mountains of VA. This would have been in 1958. My Mamaw would put on some of the evening in Paris before we walked to church. I would sit on her cedar chest and watch her get ready. I loved to smell her perfume! she would put on some and turn around and put a dot on me. I have never smelled it again and it might not smell the same way anymore but I want those memories to come back one more time. I saw it wasn't available until 1969 in the US so someone must have brought it back from the war? So happy to find it!

When I was a little girl my Aunt Dot always had this fragrance on. I loved it. I asked if I could have some but she said it was not for little girls. she gave me heart bottles of blue waltz instead but it was not the same. Now finding this is so perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Carolyn Chehardy Evening in Paris--Wow!
I had purchased this for me about a year ago. Everywhere I went, everyone loved this beautiful scent! First my niece Diana hugged me and said, "You smell so good? What is that?" It was "Evening in Paris!" So I got her one and her sister too because I knew she would want one after she took a smell of her sisters. These young girls are in their 20's..... Then their mom hugged me another time, and had to go back again for another bottle.... Then my sister in law wanted some! Well for Christmas, they all got more Evening in Paris along with another gift!... The bottle will last a long time, as all you need are a couple of skirts!... Try this! Don't miss it! You will love the scent... It smells so good yet is not harsh or flowery. It just smells so good, and you feel like Princess when wearing it! Get ready because everyone will want some, so get a bunch for birthdays and other occasions!
