This oilcloth tablecloth is of excellent quality. I bought the foliage print and am disappointed in the color. The picture (in the catalog and online) definitely shows plenty of red in the leaves. However, the tablecloth is overall very brown. Rather than looking like fall leaves in full glory on a tree, looks like fall leaves that have been in a pile on the ground for awhile! I'm keeping the tablecloth because I'm having a big football kick-off party and I don't have time to find/purchase another fall tablecloth. But I wish this one had looked like the picture as advertised.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Kaker Perfect!
I debated a long time over purchasing this tablecloth as I had NEVER paid so much for one, but I have an old, oak table in the kitchen that catches everyone's "stuff" when they come in the house; the top takes daily abuse. I wanted something that would be pretty, protective and wiped clean easily. I have never purchased oilcloth before and not sure if the price here is high, but I DO know that the tablecloth I purchased is worth EVERY penny of the $70 I paid for it! It is protective, pretty/cheery AND wipes up perfectly clean in a second. There isn't a doubt in my mind that I will enjoy this red, gingham check tablecloth for many years and won't give the top of that table a second thought because this tablecloth is "sturdy". I just wish they had the same tablecloth in black (hint-hint!) because I'd order that color, too.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Paul R Liked Previous Blue Plaid, Got Another
We had previously gotten the Blue Plaid as a gift in the smaller oblong size along with another pattern in the larger oblong size for when we open the table for guests. Obviously, the smaller one gets used much more and it wore out. I liked it so much because of the ease in cleaning it and keeping it clean that I asked the original purchaser where they got it. I came here and bought a duplicate blue plaid of that original gift purchase because I liked it so much.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by GardeningJunkie Oilcloth easy to cut, if desired fold and stitch cut edge.
This is directed to help Sillieme's review, she was frustrated because the tablecloth was too long. I need a 52 by 60 and have to alter tablecloths. Oilcloth is easily cut and if desired can fold and stitch up edge to match the rest of the edging on regular sewing machine. For this tablecloth, the closest is the 52 by 70, so I will cut off 10 inches at end. If she does this she can save her tablecloth from the garage.

I have purchased a variety of these oilcloth table clothes for my kitchen table and change them with the seasons. I love the vintage look and feel with all the modern practicality of easy clean-up. These do not disappoint!

The tablecloth wasn't wide enough for my table...according to the pictures it hangs equally around the table....my sides are short.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by DebInMT Best tablecloth in 30 years
We use our table a lot and went through a lot of vinyl tablecloths over the years. Ours is a rectangle table with pointy corners and that is the first place they would fail. We tried cloth but had to wash to often and we have lights clamped to the table so this was inconvenient. Have had this oilcloth on the table about 2 months now and no holes on the corners. Only complaint is the edges roll up. Very easy to wipe down and keep clean. Will be purchasing more.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by From WI Disappointed
I ordered two of the holly pattern for the holidays/winter and while the patter is lovely and the quality very good, no matter what I did I could not stop the edges from curling up. I tried using an iron, as suggested and even put it in a low heat dryer with a damp towel for a few minutes. Very disappointed.
