Indian Pudding I grew up in the South & my husband is from Massachusetts. On one of my first visits there, I had my first taste of Indian Pudding & it became one of my favorite foods. Living in the Virginia, you don't see it on menus so for the holidays, I ordered several cans from VCS. It was awful! I warmed up the first can, had a couple of bites, and threw away not only the rest of that can but the rest of the unopened cans. What a disappointment - it was bitter and absolutely awful!
