Rated 5 out of 5 by Back to the Olden Days I remember my grandmother using these and they work just as good on my husbands jeans now. July 6, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by How to look sharp without ironing. I HATE ironing clothes. But I do love natural fibers. Even an iron can't flatten my beloved linen slacks like these pants stretchers do with ease. Wet out of the washing machine--insert each stretcher into a pant leg and get everything just how you want it, expand the spring-loaded frame until everything is tight, hang them up for a few hours with the hooks supplied (meant for a laundry line, a little small for a hanging rod) and voila they are absolutely flat with a sharp crease. They are large enough for any of my slacks or jeans and I wear a 36-30. No rust that I've noticed. My grandfather swore by them in the army years ago and in every photo, his uniform creases were always crisp. These are much higher quality than the old rusty wingnut clamping style that he used, easier to operate, and chrome plated for easy care. I strongly recommend this elegant, well-constructed product for anyone looking to simplify and look fabulous in one smooth stroke. June 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Time saver Great product -- my mother used these many years ago, as did I as a Navy wife!! And, now I am so pleased to used them on my jeans -- much easier than ironing them. March 28, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Remarkably satisfactory I've used these for a good number of years and wanted to add more. March 16, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by pant stretchers The picture is misleading, as there is not any hanger attached. It is also too small for a grown mans' pant. Do not buy for an adult or if you want to be able to hang it. March 16, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hate Ironing Pants I hate ironing pants and my capris and with this product I don't have to. A real time saver March 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Product I had two pair of pant stretchers, for a few years,I hadn't used them for a few years. I decided I wanted creases in my jeans so I started using them again, one of them came apart, they were somewhat flimsy. I bought a couple more pairs from Vermont country store. these are great, they do not have the slide in the middle,( I guess for childrens pants) they should work with them as well.I like them without the length sliders, they never seemed to hold position, The new ones from Vermont country store,(I thought were a little pricey) but are well worth the difference.Much stronger and the waist and leg sliders hold in place so much better, Thank you Vermont for a great product. Rated 5 out of 5 by Eliminate some of the the wrinkles in your life My mother had these things when I was a kid (never mind how long ago that was). I had not seen them since then. I got two pair from The Vermont Country Store. They work just fine. The idea is to take the damp trousers from the washer after the spin cycle. You put the stretchers into the legs of the trousers, line them up with any existing creases in the legs and spread them until the fabric in each leg is taut. Then you hang them from a shower rod until they are dry. Being stretched taut, they dry wrinkle free. Some of the mens trousers today are supposed to be "wrinkle free" from the dryer, but I think these are better looking February 28, 2016
