Long before “going green” was cool, frugal-minded Vermontersset a wooden drying rack next to their sink to air-dry plastic bags, bottles, and towels so they could reuse those everyday items that many people toss out after just one use. Made of solid, unfinished Vermont pine, our kitchen drying rack has seven 12" long spindles attached to the sturdy, round, 6" diameter base, so you can dry many plastic bags, towels, or dishcloths at one time. Unfinished, solid Vermont pine.

  • Air-dries kitchen towels and dishcloths
  • Green alternative to throwing away plastic bags after one use

Aid to Frujality I bought this rack for my mother, who likes to save and re-use plastic zipper bags, and she is thrilled to have a good way to dry them conveniently, plus the design is attractive. May 28, 2014
Frugality rules! I have had a similar drying rack for many, many years but it had definitely seen better days, one of the rods having come out of the base, so I was delighted to find another. Several friends have asked where I bought my old one - now I'll be able to refer them to you. April 12, 2014
perfect & natural i love the wooden articles from vt cntry store April 3, 2014
Big Rack - Dries well The size of this rack both makes it great and limits its usefulness in our kitchen. It takes a lot of space but does what it does very well. I would have checked "maybe" on the recommendation to a friend question if that had been an option. I would rather have a more traditional rack...if I had the space! It certainly does help to dry out things quickly and well which is a plus in Florida where mildew should be the state flower. March 28, 2014
Great product! End of story. March 24, 2014
