The tables are very good quality and size.
They're a little high off of the floor for us, but we'll live with that because they're lovely in every other way.

ARTISAN CRAFTED....WITH ROOM TO MOVE!!!
I had been looking for tray tables that didn't look out of place in a nice setting(in this case, they look great anywhere!!!) They are beautifully finished in a dark walnut stain, and with the cut-in handle for toting...they are a work of art!! However, the very best thing about them is the size...more than ample room for any meal, but also a great work table for you and your children. I only ordered two,but after recieving them, more are definitely in my future. The very best!!!

When my husband requested we order this table, he wanted to replace a very inexpensive folding table, made in Vietnam, and purchased at Target several years ago. That table was somewhat shaky, but had never come apart!
The first time my husband used the new, made in America, table purchased at considerably more cost, it was fine. The second time, as he unfolded it, the right hand leg became separated from the table top and the whole thing crashed to the ground! Well, he repaired it and it worked fine for several uses. Then the same thing happened. This time, he chose to SuperGlue the screws in place! So far so good.
Actually, in spite of this problem, he loves the table, considers it quite sturdy (when it doesn't collapse), and thinks the size and weight are great!
Did I mention Lee is in the mid-stages of Alzheimer's? If Lee is happy, so am I. Thanks for allowing me to share this problem. Somehow, I am sure it will not happen with another table sold, but it was our experience.

Sturdy and Handy to Have
I ordered this table for my new laptop and have been very pleased with it. It's quite sturdy and well made. It also makes a great desk for writing, paying bills, or even a TV tray to eat from. Best of all, it's made right here in the USA! Thank you!
