Open-Stock Resin-Free Sheets
Nice crisp sheet
Needed a good, sturdy bottom sheet and decided to take a chance. This one fits nicely and seems as though it will last.
As others have stated, it does feel a little rough at first. However, I learned a trick long ago: wash and iron a sheet 5x to make the fibers lay down. One wash and iron so far, and they are already better. (No need to iron after the fifth, by the way).

top sheet too small
I liked the hand of these sheets a lot. But they were not wide enough and didn't cover the bed. Strange because the length was okay. (We have a regular king size bed.) They felt wonderful but the seams were scanty and the sheets just weren't that well made. So sad because the fabric was just what I was looking for.

A good nights sleep
I like nice feeling sheets and bought my first one about 1yr. ago. Now I have 2 sets and they are great. I will use them with the 4 other printed sheet sets that I bought from Vermont Country store. Now I can mix them together and enjoy a comfy bed all night long.
As of right now have replaced all my old ones, glad I did. Thank you for having good quality products.

What I hoped for
The sheets were softer than I had expected hope they wear well. With a husband that now has extremely sensitive skin additives are very important. Was able to use these sheets after one washing without any side effects.

not as soft as previous resin free sheets
I'm very sensitive to "rough" sheets. My wife doesn't notice them. Previous resin free sheets that I have purchased (from both Vermont Store and another vendor) were very soft; almost like a cotton tee shirt. These feel soft to the hand, but when I lay on them they feel like fine grit sand paper. They are also very "stiff". You can here them flex; almost like they were starched.

These are the most comfortable sheets.
My husband is very fussy about his sheets. Those feel like plastic, the others are too hot..these are just right. They are comfortable, soft and feel right.

We would recommend these sheets to anyone wanting soft sheets. They are definitely worth buying. Another incentive to purchase these were the fact that they are not sold as "sets". We have a queen size bed but like larger "king" size sheets as top sheets.

A little too thin compared to the clothesline crisp
This sheet, although of good quality, is much thinner than the excellent clothesline crisp percale or the original Wamsutta resin free carried by Vermont years ago (you can see the design in the mattress through the sheet). Also doesn't seem to fit my large pillow top mattress well (would have preferred longer pockets like the clothesline crisp).
