Floral Chenille Bedspread
Was expecting a different product
While this is a very nice chenille bedspread, I was expecting a product that I purchased from VT Country Store about 5 years back. It was a chenille bedspread that was very thick, cozy, and great quality.
This one is fine, but it is not what I'm looking for. It is extremely thin. You could probably purchase this anywhere. Good, but not great.

This is a beautiful bedspread. I bought the ivory color and it really brightens up my room. I like the old-fashioned look and feel because it reminds me of a bedspread my grandparents gave me as a child. It's thin, which is better than my old comforter because now I can layer blankets better and not roast in the summer. I do advise washing it before use (my king-size spread fit fine in the washer) and cleaning out the lint trap every ten minutes while it's in the dryer for an hour. This takes care of any lint issues. I also like the length of the bedspread as it removes the need for a bed skirt. If it's dragging the floor, all you have to do is tuck it further under the pillows. I think this is a great product for the price and I'm very happy with it.

Absolutely horrible! It looks like it is at least 100 years old. When we took it out of the "bag", we had to get the vacuum, and vacuum everywhere the bead spread was placed. Sorry, but it was truly an embarrassing gift. I have to give it one star to get off of this page.

This bedspread looks beautiful. It is cozy and light to make a great spring/summer bedspread. It turned out to be easy maintenance. I prefer something that big to take to the laundry mat because it is easier, but you could machine wash and dry at home if you prefer.

Floral Chenille Bedspread Like the Heirloom Spreads Grandmother Passed Down
The Floral Chenille Bedspread is fabulous, just like all of the products The Vermont Country Store offers. Thank you Ortons for keeping classic Americana alive!
