bummer! I'm sad to report that the snore ring did not work for my husband. I decided to purchase it while he was sick, because the congestion was making him snore louder than ever. STOP SNORING RING I am not sure how it works, and I really find it hard to believe that I hardly snore when I wear this ring at night, but my husband says that it keeps me from snoring and when I do snore it is a quiet snore, not loud as it was before and had been for several years.
