What Our Customers Are Saying about Our Old-Fashioned Pure Cola Syrup (12 oz. Bottle) …

"This is the best for upset stomach. I have been using it since my children were little. My Mom used it also for us. I always keep some in the fridge. My family is grown and uses it as well. Take it from Grandmas." - Marilyn, Ocala,

"When I was a little girl in the 1940s, my mother, an RN, would use cola syrup for upset stomachs. It wasn't until I married, moved away, and had my own children that I wished I could have had that syrup for my family's stomach aches. After many years, I found it in a Vermont Country Store catalog and immediately ordered it. Whenever my grandchildren are here and have upset tummies, they will quietly come to me and ask if they can have some of my "tummy medicine." I keep a bottle in the refrigerator all the time." - Judy, San Antonio,

"When I was newly expecting my second child I developed terrible "morning sickness” but it went on 24 hours a day seven days a week. There were no safe anti nausea drugs that I could take and after weeks and weeks of this I was getting very weak and the Doctors felt the baby’s health as well as mine was threatened. I was scheduled for a hospital "visit" of many months until an older lady overheard my dilemma and recommended Cola syrup. I was at the point that I'd try anything since even plain soda crackers or pretzels would not stay down. I'll admit I was skeptical but after the first few sips of this marvelous Cola Syrup my stomach didn't rebel. I continued to sip the slightly diluted syrup over cracked ice and within a week I was so much better that my trip to the hospital was avoided. Needless to say I've always kept some on hand to settle upset stomachs of my children. I've also recommended it to other "morning sick Mommies and they all find it amazing. I'm so glad to find an easy source for it now. Thank you Vermont Country Store and THANK YOU Cola Syrup makers!" - Elisa, Cincinnati,

"Because I have two daughters who routinely get carsick on long trips, I oringinally purchased the cola syrup as a home remedy for nausea. I remembered my mother (an LNV nurse) giving it to me when I was a kid. I also found another use later, when one of my daughters was prescribed a medication that came in the form of a tiny pill. Her dosage was to be one and a half pills, but the pills were so small that I couldn't cut them into equal halves. I came up with the idea of dissolving the pills in water and adding the cola syrup to cover the medicine taste. Not only was I able to more accurately control the medication dosage (I used a concentration that equaled one dose per teaspoon), I also found less resistance from daughter in taking her medicine! I later used the same technique with my youngest daughter who had trouble swallowing pills. Simply dissolve them with a little water, mix with the cola syrup, and no arguments at medicine time!" - Joe, Washoe Valley, NV

"My sister bought me a bottle of cola syrup for an upset stomach and nausea. It gave me relief quicker than anything they carry in the pharmacy. -- Beaux" - Beaux Dodson, Leesburg, FL

"My mother used this product when we were still at home. At one time you could find independent pharmacies that sold it. I did not think I would find it again, untill I found in your catalog.I am a diabetic, and this is only product that does not adversley affect my blood sugar Thank you for carrying this product!!!" - Patsy Harris, Daleville, VA
