Rated 5 out of 5 by If you live alone, this applicator can be a blessing! I suffer from Pityriasis Rosea virus which is also known as the Christmas Tree virus or rash. Patches on the back are often vertical and angled to form a "Christmas tree" or "fir tree" appearance. (The rash appears between the ribs and along the spine following the nerve endings that are inflamed producing the red spot clusters) The only relief I get is either swimming in salt water or applying a steroid lotion on the affected areas. Since I live alone in Colorado, swimming in the ocean is usually out of the question and getting the lotion to my whole back was impossible. I purchased the lotion applicator after comparing the quality to others available at drugstores. The first time I used it, I was able to easily reach spots my hands never could. Now the virus and itching has subsided, but I am sure it will return as it always does. So this lotion applicator will be my helpful companion again! May 11, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by IT IS NOT WANT I THOUGH IT WAS IT DOESNOT DO A GOOD JOB PUTTING LOTION ON YOUR BACK I AM STILL LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO USE TO PUT LOTION ON MY BACK November 11, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for essential oils I use an essential oil mixture on my back. I have another applicator that has a sponge. The sponge absorbs too much oil. This is perfect. October 12, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by It works! I like this lotion applicator. It works & is easy to clean after use; the last one was hard to handle & did not apply the lotion very well. Thanks May 1, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Helps When Reach is Limited I have a bad shoulder that needs replacing. (Putting it off as long as I can!) I bought this to help me apply lotion on my upper back and between shoulder blades. It takes a bit of maneuvering, but I still am grateful for it. Thank you. April 20, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product won't let you down. This is great. I have tried many others and they can't hold a candle to this applicator. It's easy to use and easy to clean. I bought 2 and am so glad. April 17, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by No More Itching Back I love, love, LOVE, this product! The sturdy construction, and helpful angle on the wooden handle is perfect for applying coconut oil to my old, dry back! The ONLY thing I might 'tweak' on this product, is the odor the applicator has. For some reason, it leaves a kerosene scent behind. I was eating cashews after using it the first time, and even though I'd washed my hands after applying coconut oil to my back (just before), the cashews I was holding in my hand as I ate them, took on a distinct kerosene aroma and taste. It didn't make me sick or anything, thank goodness, but I've learned not to touch the sponge area with my bare hands again. Still, I LOVE not having to endure having my back itch ... I just rub some coconut oil on my applicator (with the back of a teaspoon), and slather it on my dry back ... And no more ITCH! Thank you for selling such a worthwhile product! March 24, 2015
