This Product Works Very Well (March 2013) This product works very well and is very easy to use. I normally have quite a bit of gray in my hair. I started using GrayBan about 3 weeks ago (about 2 weeks after using a regular hair color product). Usually 5 weeks after coloring my hair, there would be gray roots showing. But now - no gray roots at all! My hair is overall the light-medium brown that it was when I was younger. I am so happy with this. No more coloring my hair with smelly, unhealthy hair coloring products. No more gray roots if I'm too busy to color my hair. I disliked the time and trouble it took to color my hair, and I disliked the expense of going to a salon. A couple of tips: The tube going into the product is very narrow, and tended to clog up, so I bought a spritzer with a larger diameter tube from a local beauty supply store (for about $2) and I put the GrayBan in that, and it doesn't clog. Also, the way I do it is I put GrayBan on at night and wash my hair in the AM. I'm doing it every other night now. Also, it seemed some of the color from the hair color product in my hair "loosened" and came off on my towel. If this happens to you, don't worry, it washes out in the washer or wipes clean if it gets on your counter. This problem is diminishing for me as the hair color product dimishes. I love GrayBan Thank you Vermont Country Store for introducing me to this wonderful product. I dislike the coloring process, where the white hairs begin to show one week after a permanent 'traditional' hair coloring process. The first 3 weeks of using GrayBan was tedious, but it is well worth the effort. A Natural Treatment I found this product while searching for your hair thicken shampoo and conditioner for my wife. (Works wonderful by the way!) I do not like to go through the process of coloring my hair so when I saw Grayban I jumped right on it. Following the instructions for use, my hair has retuned to its natural color in record time. It works! I debated using this for months and I am so glad I finally tried it. My color was back in only four days and I only touch up once a week. The color did not wash out - maybe lightened a bit but to a pretty shade. I think it is a very reasonable price compared to coloring hair with chemicals and it is so easy to do.
