Other bath brushes grow mildew and the bristles fray, but not our bath brush. Our bath brush has a combination of natural boar bristles and nylon bristles that is soft and gentle on the skin and long-lasting. The sturdy plastic handle, which is slightly curved, also resists mildew.

  • Bath brush has a combination of natural boar bristles and nylon bristles
  • 12" long handle easily cleans that "spot" in the middle of your back

Rated 2 out of 5 by Bad choice of handle material. The handle on this item is plastic and impossible to hold when hands are wet and especially when soapy. January 12, 2017
Rated 2 out of 5 by Impractical Brush The brush does not absorb and hold liquid soap because the bristles are all plastic. Thus, this product really does not work well in a shower. Quite simply if you want a brush to use daily, this is not the product. It simply does not do the job. January 11, 2017
Rated 4 out of 5 by Practical well-made Bought this for spouse to replace older wooden/boar brush we bought from you years ago. He liked the new bristles but said plastic handle is more slick than wooden one was. September 30, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Itchy back Needed a way to really scrub the middle of my back. Tried other brushes but they were too soft. The bristles fell out of one I used! August 27, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by It's nice to have the feeling of a scrub back. I remember using this bath brush many years ago and was delighted when I stumbled across it in the Vermont Country Store (VCS) catalog, I prefer using and/or wearing items that are made from natural fibers/materials. Having used several different types of bath brushes over the years (brushes that never held up for any length of time because they either broke, disintegrated, or whatever) it was good to see a decent quality brush being offered. The bristles are soft yet strong enough to clean the tough areas w/o taking off a layer of skin. I have two suggestions ([granted these are only my opinion] that would have given the brush a 5 star rating) are: 1) the handle being 3" longer, (15" long vs. 12"). 2) the end of the handle have some type of rubber grip so the brush wouldn't slip so easily out of your soapy hands and give you better maneuverability. Rated 5 out of 5 by Hard to find I wanted a brush that curved TOWARDS my back. Most do not. This one curves the right way, and the bristles are firm but not harsh. July 26, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love at first brush this is easy to hold, scrubs nicely without taking off skin. bristles are soft and stiff, works great June 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Bath Brush on Market I have tried several back brushes during my life and I was hunting for a long handle one with good bristles. I saw this one advertised in Vermont Store catalog. I bought it and loved it. When visiting with my daughter and her family across the country, I let them use my brush because theirs was worn out. They loved it so I gave it to them. I ordered another one. I'm always telling family and friends how great this product is. March 22, 2016
