Made for us in Maine following a two-time award-winning recipe, this mac and cheese features shell pasta in an extremely creamy mascarpone-Vermont Cheddar sauce topped with a crunchy mix of panko bread crumbs, herbed butter, lemon zest, and parmesan cheese. Leave it to our friends in Maine to come up with this over-the-top-delicious home-style lobster casserole. Set of 2 single servings are 9 oz. each. Family size is 2½ lbs. and serves 4-8 people depending on serving size. (Beware, it's easy to overindulge!) Heat and serve in disposable oven-safe casserole dish.

This is not a Kosher Food
Cream (half and half), Lobster, Pasta ( semolina, wheat,
niacin, iron, thiamine, monoitrate, riboflavin, folic acid),
Mascarpone cheese (pasturized milk and cream, citric acid),
Butter (cream, salt), Cheddar Cheese (milk, enzymes, salt),
Parmesan Cheese (milk, salt, rennet), Panko Bread Crumbs
(wheat, flour, water, yeast, dextrose. salt), Wheat Flour,
Red Onion, Water, Olive Oil, Salt, Garlic, White Pepper,
Lemon Zest, Parsley, Chives.


Keep frozen till ready to prepare. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic wrap. Place black casserole on sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.

A Surprise for a Southern Girl! I'm used to my boxed mac and cheese with canned tuna stirred in. Really. How pathetic am I? Now I have discovered the Real Deal with Everything AND the Lobster. Not too rich - it's homemade with all the goods! Just don't eat the entire casserole by yourself. Delicious. More next Autumn! Can't wait! :) March 22, 2014

fantastic flavor - brought back my years in Boston It is almost impossible to get REAL Maine lobster in Denver Colorado. Often stores and restaurants will try to pass off warm water "crawfish" or Australian lobster as Maine Lobster . Having been born and raised for over 20 years in Worcester/Boston Mass., I was thrilled to once again taste the rich sweet flavor of real Maine Lobster Thanks, will be sure to order again March 6, 2014
oh sooooooo good have to have seconds! I have had this absolutely yummy, comfort to the max, lobster mac and cheese before and am going to re order very very soon. An Incredible Meal I am not a big pasta lover; however, I LOVE lobster. I decided to try the Lobster Mac and Cheese on a whim. I wish I had tried it a year ago. It is one of the best meals I have ever eaten! The blend of cheeses, shell pasta and lobster, compliment each other, and leave a wonderful after-taste. I would highly recommend this delicious meal. Rich might be the key word. Perhaps I cooked this treat a bit too long, but it seemed to have extra "butter" which did make it a lot softer than the one I ordered last year. My son and grandson had no complaints so it might just be me. It did tast better the second day to me. Small helpings will make it last longer for lunch. April 2, 2013
delicious! This is verrrry rich...but delicious. I bought the large one for myself and ended up having it for about six servings. Full of lobster. Would make a very good main meal for guests. Pasta is a little mushy and it is kind of expensive but would consider getting it again. February 27, 2013
