Cats Love It
We recently lost our home to a house fire and are renting until our house is rebult. The rental house is always drafty and cold and the power bill was outrageous. We purchased the draft stopper as a means to lower the power bill and keep the warmth inside. The first night we put the draft stopper down the cats (all four) wouldn't go near the front door but they did stop to take a whiff. Three days later, all four cats were in love with the draft stopper. They not only love the smell but they use the draft stopper to rub on. So, it's a dual purpose object - it keeps the warmth in and keeps the cats happy. Happy cats - happy life!

cold draft gone
I live in a century old house and the front door is original, and very drafty in our Ohio winters. Now I can walk past the door without feeling cold air. It is to large for my 32.5 inch door, but I did read in the directions that the end could be shortened, which I will do "someday". I love that is filled with balsam.

Smells great out of the package
Smells great when you open the package but I can't say I have really noticed its scent since. Maybe if you had a small mudroom or something. I have them at the front door and kitchen door and those areas are pretty open. I've also noticed the pine needles feel really thin (I guess they would be) but the are loosely packed in the sleeve so I wonder how much insulating is really being accomplished. Nice idea but kind of disappointing.

Half a stopper
I was looking for a draft stopper to put on a door between the family room (heated) and the pantry(unheated). This door is used frequently, so the stopper needs to move with the door. This one is just a simple tube, so it can't do the job.

Actually works unlike polyester filled stoppers
Have two already and these are the first to ever work The thinness of the tube and the heaviness of the pine needles cause this to lie where you put it leaving no space between it and floor. Only thing that would make it better is if it could be ordered by different lengths as every door and window in my old house seems to be a different size.
