This paring knife has the same familiar, reliable feel as the one Grandma used in her kitchen for cutting vegetables and fruits. The 3½" carbon stainless steel blade is riveted into a smooth contoured walnut handle that fits your hand so well, you'll feel as if you've been slicing and dicing with it for years. 7½" long overall. Hand wash.

Rated 5 out of 5 by old fashioned in GA I have my Grandmother's paring knife that has a blade just like this. I believed it was from decades of sharpening but maybe not. This knife also just fits in my hand and I have begun using it more than the antique. July 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Paring Knife I have one of these paring knives in my own kitchen. Also I like to keep several extras on hand to give as gifts to family and friends along with the "Granny" forks. July 7, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Classic Paring Knife Really like this knife . It's easy to hold and easy to use and the blade is nice and sturdy not flimsy even though the blade is very thin. Use it every day now for a lot of different things. I've already recommended it to family. Thanks for having this knife, it's hard to find a quality paring knife as I have used many that were cheaply made. June 17, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excalibur I love this knife for a myriad of kitchen uses. Do you want to mince a rib of celery or pare an apple of its skin? This knife is awesome! My husband lost my first one and I bought a second one. Now he calls it the "Excalibur of knives." I would not want to work in my kitchen without my "Excalibur"! June 22, 2014
