Sandwich pan is preseasoned. To clean place hot water in pan and bring to a boil then wipe clean. Use a spoon to dislodge food that sticks to the surface. Do not use detergent or anything abrasive as this will remove the seasoning. Complete care and seasoning instructions are included with the pan. Do not clean in dishwasher.
