2-Qt. Cast Iron Saucepan
Warning: Never use detergent as it will remove the seasoning. Also avoid putting hot cast iron into cold water, this can cause it to warp, or crack. Do not use abrasive item to scrub cookware.
Cast Iron, Soy Oil
After cooking, it can be cleaned by filling with hot water, and bringing to a boil. After pouring out hot water, wipe dry with a paper towel. While pan is still warm from cleaning, apply a fine coating of oil, or oil spray on all surfaces.
