this product didnt work I recently returned the vhs tape rewinder, due to the fact that the day it arrived and I put a tape in to rewind it did absolutely nothing at all!! not even a sound. So it has already been returned and credited. March 19, 2013
vermont country store saved the day we have a large collection of VHS tapes and still have a workable VHS Player but our rewinder had stopped working and I remebered seeing one listed in one of your catalogs so pulled up your internet site and was able to order one. We are thrilled with products ease of use and hope to have it around for long time ,as we so enjoy our old VHS movies,that rewinder gets used daily. December 3, 2012
This product is junk. I bought a Kinyo VHS rewinder (item 54920). It worked one time only, then failed to operate again. The electrical circuit was apparently broken, as the green light didn't go on. I returned it, and per my request, you sent me a replacement at no charge. The replacement Kinyo VHS rewinder works, but only if you manually hold the lid down. The lid does not stay closed on its own, either when in operation or when not in use. Per the instructions, it should be stored with the lid closed. If I could find another brand, I'd buy it, but I don't know who else makes VHS rewinders. August 15, 2012
