Perfect for after surgery! My 16 year old daughter had knee surgery this past summer and was stuck on the couch in a machine that moved her knee back and forth all day for several weeks. I bought this wedge pillow and it was perfect for her recovery! She was able to sleep, read, watch tv in comfort with this pillow on the couch and it never flattened. Just as advertised! Filling I don't like foam filling and didn't realize that it was foam filled, but too heavy to mess with sending back. I also found it too "short" to support me as a triangle pillow. I use it kinda sideways--------------- September 13, 2012
