Collects way too much fur! This fleece sweater fits my boxer nicely only after I sewed on additional velcro to make it snug. I believe it keeps her warm but for the money I've seen nicer, heavier sweaters for the same price. What I don't like about this sweater - and it drives me crazy - is that it picks up way too much dog hair. Every time I walk her I use a lint roller just to make the coat fairly presentable...and I mean fairly presentable. I am not a clean freak but this sweater is a lint/hair magnet. If I hadn't sewn on the additional velcro I would have returned it. February 19, 2013
Difficult to keep on. The pros are that this coat is designed to be easy and quick to put on the dog. It is also machine washable. I think it provides just enough warmth. The cons are that there is not enough velcro to keep the coat in place. I am going to go to a fabric store and purchase some velcro and try to extend it to see if I can get it not to slip around and down on the dogs. January 21, 2013
Nice coat I bought this for our lab. She doesn't mind it at all and knows a walk is coming when I put it on her. It looks so cute on her too. Very easy to put on with the 2 velcro tabs on it. I am very happy with this purchase and it came just as stated. Would definitely order again from Vermont Country Store. December 10, 2012
