Yes, it really does work! Ever the skeptic, I didn't have much faith in this product, but I had tried a myriad of other "remedies", all to no avail. Low and behold, after using this product for five weeks, my thick brown toenails are actually clearing up! Just purchased another tube and will continue using it until my nails are back to normal. Finally, a fungal foot treatment that works Fungal infections in nails are usually caused by the same fungus - Tinea XXXX - that causes athlete's foot and other "ringworm" infections, even on the body. Miconazole Nitrate does work, and I think it's the best, but the powder form won't penetrate calluses, and the fungi just dive under them. Some creme or spray forms of miconazole are too oily or irritating. This formulation is a quick drying cream that is light; it does not dry as if you had just applied Elmer's Glue. And, best of all, IT WORKS! I thought the toe fungus on my right foot was about gone. Wrong, as I found out. Furthermore, it did cause athlete's foot on my heels. I've been at this for months since I refuse to take the usual MD shortcut and swallow a pill that affects your liver. Forget it! I think after all this time I probably could tell MDs a thing or two about toenail fungus and athlete's foot. Anyway, get this stuff. A thin layer all over your toes and between them. I'd do the ball of the foot also. And if you have dry, cracked heels or what you think are calluses, you may want to reconsider and have them checked for fungal infection. I'm using it on the athlete's foot on my heels. As one reviewer said, you will need several tubes, in any case. Don't worry if it takes longer than 4 weeks, unless you are diabetic or immune compromised. April 7, 2013
Finally found something that works! I have tried so many different products from the drugstores with no results that I almost passed by this product. After two weeks I have seen amazing improvement - looks like two more weeks will finally clear up years old nail fungus. Thanks March 26, 2013
Easy to use Have had a problem with toenail fungus for years. Cannot take the medication because of interfering with other meds. So far it seems to be working,but you need several tubes. Moisiline March 12, 2013

It really works! I have had fungus under my toe nail for years. I have tried many over-the-counter treatments and none have come close to actually clearing up the nail and smoothing it out again. This product has almost completely eliminated the problem. November 6, 2012
